Just sleep at night and hope no one would unplug it? Or what if you have to park your car in an underground parking lot (in some apartment complexes, you have to park your car UNDER the complex itself). How would you run the wire?

Or what if you have to park your car under the apartment complex? Hotels?

I know you can run a wire from your house to your car that’s parked in the garage, but how about every other person not living in a house?
